Each time a tenant reports an issue they are asked to confirm their current contact details including their telephone number.

If a tenant reports a new issue with a different telephone number you will be alerted to this within the issue:


By clicking on the link you can choose which of the details to keep for the issue.

If a tenant changes their telephone number while a job is on-going you can issue a public note to alert all of the participants (including contractors).  To do this click on the relevant issue in your "Reported Issues" list and send a message to "All" through the "Comments" tab.
