How to export data (i.e properties, landlords, occupiers and contractors) from your JUPIX software. 

A. Exporting your list of properties and landlords


1. Go to 'Property' on your JUPIX system, and select 'All my properties' under 'Categories'.

2. Once you are in the 'Properties' page, you will need to click on 'Refine search' in order to apply the necessary filters.

3. You will need to change the highlighted filters to the following:

  • Property Status: All
  • Office: Please make sure to select the offices that you belong to, in order to view the properties allocated to that agency only.

Assuming that the above has been updated, please click the 'Search' - this will bring you to the next page where you will have a complete overview of your properties.

4. On the same page, please click the 'Export' button in order to export the data.

5. You can now upload the data file onto your Fixflo system - please click here to see instructions.


B. Exporting your list of occupiers


1. Go to 'Tenancies' on your JUPIX system, and select 'All my tenancies' under 'Categories'.

2. You will need to change the highlighted filters to the following:

  • Management Type: Fully managed
  • Tenancy Status: All
  • Office: Please make sure to select the offices that you belong to, in order to view the properties allocated to that agency only (i.e 'my office').

3. You can now upload the data file onto your Fixflo system - please click here to see instructions.


B. Exporting your list of vendors


1. Go to the 'Vendors' tab and click 'Advanced Search'. Refine the search if necessary, then click Search.

2. From the top of the screen click 'Special Actions', 'Export'. Then click 'Open' at the bottom of the screen.

3. Please be aware that columns cannot be added to the spreadsheet, however, they can be removed after it has been generated. To do this, right click on the letter column you wish to remove and click 'Delete'.
