Payprop Integration - Setting it up
Payprop integrates with Fixflo Standard and Plus.
Fixflo integrates with Payprop so that any repair and maintenance issues created in Fixflo can be pushed back into Payprop. This allows you to keep a complete maintenance record for your tenancies and produce more accurate reports.
Setting up the integration
To set up the integration with Payprop you will need to enter a Fixflo Agency ID and an API key into Payprop.
To get this information please go to 'My Profile'.
Then go to 'Authentication Token' at the bottom of the screen.
The Agency ID can be found at the top of the screen:
And needs to be entered in the Fixflo Agency ID field in Payprop.
To generate the API Key enter 'PAYPROP' in App ID and press 'Add'.
You can then copy this:
And enter this into the Fixflo Agency ID field in Payprop, check the tick box and press 'Activate this feature'.
Once the integration is setup, issues will be pushed into the 'Maintenance' section on your Payprop dashboard.
When clicked, Fixflo opens and takes you right to your Fixflo dashboard:
In Payprop you will be able to click 'Create maintenance issue' from within a property record, and this will automatically open the property up in Fixflo so that you can create an issue.
When an issue has been resolved in Fixflo and you have a final invoice, this must be created within Payprop to divvy up the payment instructions.
