RentPro Integration - Setting it up
RentPro integrates with Fixflo Standard and Fixflo Plus
Fixflo integrates with RentPro so that any repair and maintenance issues created in Fixflo can be pushed back into RentPro. This allows you to keep a complete maintenance record for your tenancies and produce more accurate reports.
Setting up the integration
To set up the integration with RentPro you will need to go to the 'Control Panel' and then 'Service Tab' in RentPro and enter in the information below:
Your Fixflo login details:
Authentication Token: This can be generated by going to My Profile > Authentication Tokens and inputting the code 'RENTPRO'.
Fixflo URL: agency.fixflo.com
A new tab will appear called 'Fixflo issues'. This will list all Fixflo reports & is refreshed every 15 minutes.
The integration works by pulling through the information from the submitted Fixflo report into your RentPro system. You will receive an email notification from Fixflo when a new issue has been reported, and this should then go into your RentPro system.
- You will have the ability to edit and review information in each report.
- From the issue you can then 'reject' or 'convert to ticket' that creates a Trouble Ticket
- The system will attempt to match the property address reported in Fixflo by the tenant, with what is in RentPro. If it can't this will be highlighted and you can search you database to attach accordingly.
- The issue details are included within the Description box on the issue within RentPro.
Please note - Currently the tenants contact details are not updated if they differ from those inputted by the tenant.
