Gnomen Integration - Setting it up
Gnomen integrates with Fixflo Standard and Fixflo Plus
Fixflo integrates with Gnomen so that any repair and maintenance issues created in Fixflo can be pushed back into Gnomen. This allows you to keep a complete maintenance record for your tenancies and produce more accurate reports.
Setting up the integration
To set up the integration with Gnomen you will need to send the below details to firstname.lastname@example.org
Your Fixflo login details:
Authentication Token: This can be generated by going to My Profile > Authentication Tokens and inputting the code 'GNOMEN'.
Fixflo website address: agency.fixflo.com
You have the opportunity to create a tenant login on your website. Here occupiers can report maintenance issues which will pull straight through into your Gnomen system.
The integration works by pulling through the information from the submitted Fixflo report into your Gnomen system. You will receive an email notification from Fixflo when a new issue has been reported, and this will then go into your Gnomen system.
