Veco integrates with Fixflo Standard and Fixflo Plus

Fixflo integrates with Veco so that any repair and maintenance issues created in Fixflo can be pushed back into Veco. This allows you to keep a complete maintenance record for your tenancies and produce more accurate reports.

Setting up the integration

To set up the integration within Veco you will need to enter the following details within the 'General Parameters tab' in Veco:

Authentication Token: This can be generated by going to My Profile > Authentication Tokens and inputting the code 'EUROLINK'.

Fixflo URL:

The integration works by pulling through the information from the submitted report into your Veco system. You will receive an email notification from Fixflo when a new issue has been reported, and this should then go into your Veco system.

There will be a button on the tab at the top of the page ‘Update from Fixflo’ that will pull through any new issues that have been reported.

When the repair comes into Veco, it will look to match the address submitted through Fixflo to an address within the Veco system. This is done through postcode and then the first line of the address.

If the address matches, then the issue will be attached to the property. Once you select the issue from the repairs screen there is then an option to raise a Works Order from it and subsequently an Invoice.

If the system cannot match the issue address with a property in your Veco system, it will not allocate it to a property but put the address in the important notes to help the property manager identify the correct property to attach to, which they can do.
