How do I set up a direct debit for my account?
Setting up a direct debit is mandatory to getting your Fixflo account up and running! Once this is setup this means that you will not need to worry about making a manual payment to us every month. If you haven't done so already, we recommend you set one up.
To set up a direct debit, login to Fixflo maximise the 'Setup' tab and click on 'Billing details'.
You will automatically be taken to the 'Payment authorisation' tab where you can easily set up a direct debit.
There will be a form to fill out. Once done, press Continue.
If you need to change your billing details in the future, simply go back to this page and Cancel the current direct debit and proceed with the same steps as above.
